Welcome to K+W Design+Production. By purchasing from us or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and us, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Services

We create and sell antler art pieces, custom commissions, and retail design products. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website or marketing materials.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Custom Work: A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup.

  • Retail Items: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

  • Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International orders are not available at this time.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays, damage during transit, or lost shipments.

  • If you choose to pick up your order in person, arrangements must be made in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of K+W Design+Production.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or distribute our products or designs without our prior written consent.

7. Care & Use Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for decorative purposes only.

  • K+W Design+Production is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper installation, or alteration of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and the United State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
