K+W Design+Production creates unique art pieces and custom designs. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. Custom Orders & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required before any custom commission begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before delivery or pickup.

Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to package our products securely.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to provide any documentation or photos required to support your claim with the carrier.
4. Incorrect Orders
