K+W Design+Production currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

Retail Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received.
Custom Commissions: Processing and shipping timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the order process.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We use reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery of your items.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our studio by appointment only. Pickup arrangements will be confirmed once your order is ready.

6. Damages & Lost Shipments

We carefully package each item to minimize the risk of damage.
K+W Design+Production is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide documentation or photos to assist with the claim.
